How can I shop?
In the menu, click on Shop Online and check the product/s that interest(s) you. When you go over the image, you can access another page with more information about the product you like.
In this new page, when you go over the image, you will see the photograph enlarged so you can appreciate the details. In the same page of the product, you will find extra photos as well as more information about the product, its composition, sizes available and price.
Select the colour and size and click on “Add to Shopping Basket”. After that you can continue shopping or check out.
If you want to check out, click “My basket” in the menu located in the upper-left corner of your screen. This way you can check the products added to the basket or proceed to check out.
Fill in the invoicing and shipping information and select a method of payment. You will receive an email confirming your order.
In the section, “Order comments” you can add any information you think is important (deadline for delivery, delivery time, special arrangements…).

When will I receive my order?
Orders take between 1 and 5 working days to get ready after the payment has been confirmed. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. These periods are subject to change. Once the order is ready, the delivery period will depend on the destination country.
Articles purchased in the online shop of Helena Mareque are sent by courier.
Delivery periods are as follows:
Spain and Portugal: 1 to 3 working days.
Europe: Delivery times can vary from 2 to 12 working days.
Rest of the world: Delivery times can vary from 7 to 20 working days.
Please, when you place your order do not forget to include your ID card number in the section “Order comments” to speed up the delivery.
Shipping is free for Spain and the rest of European countries.
Shipping cost for the rest of the world is 35 €.
Please, notice that if you are not in the European Union you should be aware and take care of potential local custom taxes. Custom taxes will always be taken care by the receiver. These expenses are not included in the price of the product nor in the shipping costs. If the package gets rejected by the receiver, returning costs and customs will be discounted from the amount due to reimburse.
Can you prepare an order as a gift?
Yes, just mention it when you place the order and include any other information that might be useful so we can take care of it.
Which are the accepted method of payment? Bank transfer.

How can I make sure that I placed my order correctly?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email including all the details provided during the purchase. If you think you have not receive it, please check you spam folder or get in touch with us.
In case you want to change any shipping information, please let us know as soon as possible through firstname.lastname@example.org or (+34) 913 09 17 54 Monday to Friday from 9.00h to 14.00h.
Returns for defects or faults
In Helena Mareque we work so all the products we sell and deliver are in a perfect state. If, exceptionally, you receive something with a defect or fault, please contact us through email@example.com immediately. If possible, attach an image where we can see the defect.
Please, notice that after the first 24 hours from the delivery, we will not accept any claim for defects or faults and we can refuse the exchange.
